Judge orders release of jail medical logs after a death in custody
The sheriff's office has 21 days to hand over two months of medical request logs, the court ruled in a case brought by the Record.
[1]Circuit Judge Amara Lindqvist ruled Wednesday that the Alder County Jail’s medical request logs are public records, rejecting the sheriff’s argument that they are protected health information.
